Wildfire Pretreatment.
Wildfire Pretreatment is a division of RedZone Retrofit, a Colorado-based company focused on helping homeowners secure appropriate insurance, and remain insurable over the long term.

RedZone combines wildfire mitigation, insurance placement, and ongoing risk management to improve property resilience, maintain insurability, and expand insurance options. Wildfire Pretreatment extends that mission through professional pretreatment services as an authorized dealer and applicator of Komodo Fire Systems.

High-value residential properties in WUI areas face elevated wildfire risk and a rapidly deteriorating insurance market. Many homeowners have done the work — cleared the defensible space, hardened the structure — and are still losing coverage or facing impossible renewal rates.

Planned Communities.
Community-wide wildfire risk requires community-wide solutions. Individual homeowners acting alone leave gaps — one untreated property is a path for fire into a treated one.
We work with HOAs and planned communities to develop coordinated pretreatment programs that address shared exposure, align with community wildfire protection plans, and support the insurance position of the community as a whole.

Giving Back to the Fire Line
1.5% of revenue from every Wildfire Pretreatment Service supports the Wildland Firefighter Foundation. Since the 1994 South Canyon Fire took fourteen lives, the Wildland Firefighter Foundation has stood beside the families of wildland firefighters killed or injured in the line of duty—providing immediate financial and crisis assistance when it matters most.
Every property we pretreat helps reduce the risks faced by the crews who respond when wildfire threatens homes, communities, and critical infrastructure. Every service our clients purchase also helps support the families of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice protecting others.
